It is our opinion that we must seize that attribute of Topic Maps that it placed the object at the center. For example, a Google application says that a document is a unit (e.g., an incoming invoice, a work plan, an e-mail). We say that a topic is considered a unit, e.g., a partner, a project, a tender connected to which the documents are stored. Not only do we prepare a folder tree, in hierarchical order, but manage associations between topics. For example, an application could be linked to a project, in which we acquire resources for it, people, who are doing the work, could be linked to it. First, this is described, and after all this it is child’s play to link all the documents to it.
For the development of the framework the following served as models: TM4L (http://iiscs.wssu.edu/drupal/?q=node/1), the Ontopia (http://www.ontopia.net/) and the Protégé (http://protege.stanford.edu/) ontology builders.
How KSS works?

Our framework differs regarding two other things. First, it is a web-based program, which only needs a web browser; on the other hand, language/country scopes were installed.
In summary, we can say that by means of the KSS framework so-called tacit knowledge in our heads can be turned into fixed knowledge, so-called explicit knowledge, and by this the success of individuals and the community can be facilitated. The theory of knowledge sharing dates back longer and has an older history, but in practice, the Internet has brought the breakthrough. The standards related to knowledge management have been published only after 2003, and they are known only in a narrow professional circle, the reason for which is that they are difficult to understand. The uploading of contents in the case of knowledge management systems is difficult, but for the visiting users it is as easy as the Google browser.

MoReq provides generic requirements for an electronic records management system. It can be used for many purposes, such as designing or evaluating records management applications but also to prepare records management training materials. It has become a guiding principle used by electronic records management system suppliers and developers.

Ontology is the philosophical study of the nature of being, becoming, existence, or reality, as well as the basic categories of being and their relations. Traditionally listed as a part of the major branch of philosophy known as metaphysics, ontology deals with questions concerning what entities exist or can be said to exist, and how such entities can be grouped, related within a hierarchy, and subdivided according to similarities and differences. Topic Maps is a standard for the representation and interchange of knowledge, with an emphasis on the findability of information. Topic maps were originally developed in the late 1990s as a way to represent back-of-the-book index structures so that multiple indexes from different sources could be merged. However, the developers quickly realized that with a little additional generalization, they could create a meta-model with potentially far wider application. The ISO standard is formally known as ISO/IEC 13250:2003.More about Topic Maps
